The Soundtrack for The Azurean Trilogy is now in production! So far there are 10 songs, and they are breaking ground--forming a new genre of music called "Niara Soul"--a term penned by Fatimah herself. Niara is a Swahili word that means "of high purpose", and so Niara soul is just that: a mix of urban and jazz sounds with spiritual lyrics. Inspired by the book, Fatimah Ashaela Moore Ibrahim created songs that not only reflect the spirit of the novel, but also uplift you- while you get your groove on too.
